Malik Gümüş graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Law in 1988.
Prior to establishing GUMUS & GUMUS law firm, he was a judge for more than 30 years. He was the chief judge of commercial courts and labor courts of Ankara.
He focuses on corporate, commercial law, labor law, as well as mining and administrative law. He is also a mediator in commercial and labor disputes.

Özen Gümüş graduated from Bilkent University, Faculty of Law, and received his MBA degree from East China University of Science and Technology (华东理工大学) in Shanghai, China.
Özen Gümüş specializes in corporate, commercial law and real estate law as well as foreigners and immigration law.
He is representing broad range of domestic and international clients involved in transactions within Turkey.
He speaks Turkish, English, Chinese and Spanish fluently.
